ROOM DESCRIPTIONS

Lower Deck One Bedroom Suite - Separate Bedroom, Living Room, Full Kitchen and Bathroom.

Upper Deck One Bedroom Suite - Separate Bedroom, Living Room, Full Kitchen and Bathroom.

Upper Deck One Bedroom - Separate Bedroom, Living Room, Refrigerator, Microwave and Bathroom.

Upper Deck Two Bedroom Suite (Adjoining) - Upper Deck One Bedroom Suite adjoins to an Upper Deck One Bedroom.

Studio - One Large Room with a Queen Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Kitchen and Bathroom.

 

-Call for minimum stays and midweek specials

-Daily rates are for two people. An additional charge of $25.00/day/extra person will be added to your stay.

-Only registered guests may use our facilities. All guests and vehicles must be registered at the front desk.Visiting guests charged the extra person surcharge.

-Check-In time is 3:00pm- Check-Out time is 11:00am-Complimentary WIFI provided

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Deposits must be received within 14 days of the initial date of booking. A 50% deposit is required on all reservations of one week or longer, paymentin full is required for stays of a lesser duration. Deposits made by cash, personal check, or traveler's check. Your balance is payable on arrival. AMEX,VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER accepted.

• In the event of your arrival beyond normal office hours, please notify us in advance.

• Reservations are commitments for the full period requested. Arebooking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the total room charge for the reservation will beapplied to cancellations received in writing thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival. No refunds, credits or changes will issued within thirty (30) days of arrival.

• We regret we cannot guarantee room numbers, however we will do our best to accommodate your request.
