| Payment/Deposit Policy |

All deposits must be received within 14 days after initial booking. 50% deposit required on all reservations. Cash, check, and money orders accepted for deposits. Credit cards with fax authorization permitted for deposit on reservations made within 14 days of arrival, and are subject to full cancellation policy (non-refundable). |

| The balance is due upon arrival, and may be paid by credit card or cash. |

Reservations are for commitments for the full period requested. 14-day advance notice is required for full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. No refund, credit or changes permitted within 14 days prior to arrival. No refunds for early departures. |
